SHIPPING POLICY
Boujee Bratz LLC has a Processing time 2-7 business days.This means that your order will be confirmed but it will take 2-7 days to be shipped and fulfilled. Shipping fees and taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address you've provided with your purchase.
Boujee Bratz is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with the United States Postal Service.
If package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
There is absolutely NO returns on products. If your product arrives damaged, please email me with pictures and I will work something out with you.
